How do I return a package?
OUR GUARANTEE: Web Mall 2000 guarantees all merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund of the purchase price. Web Mall 2000 will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order. Refund the product purchase price and sales tax if applicable; excluding original shipping charges, return shipping fees and any restocking fees, when applicable. If the product is returned, the customer is responsible for shipping it back to us in brand new condition with the original packing material and original box. Upon receipt of the item in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition we will issue a credit to the customer's credit card account within 30 days of the receipt of merchandise, for the purchase price less all shipping and handling charges.
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please email your request to info@webmall2000.net to obtain a RMA number and the instructions for return. Repack the product in the original packing materials used to ship to you, and enclose your packing list if applicable and RA number and ship the return item fully insured to the address specified in the RMA instructions or follow the return instructions from the RMA Dept. if the product shipped to you direct from manufacturer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with your order number to info@webmall2000.net or call at 909-597-8828 for assistance.
We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges; return shipping fees or any re-stocking fees from applying to any refund allowed.
How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over the one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been received at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to your account. Please see instructions above for how to return a package.
All returned package without RMA number and original packaging will not be accepted. No refund will be issued.
